I would recommend first taking the backup of your theme’s files.
or copy and paste Functions.php codes in your notepad ++ or any code editor after that proceed with the below steps.

Step 1 – Go to the theme editor from your WordPress dashboard

Step 2 Copy Below Code:

add_filter(‘wpcf7_autop_or_not’, ‘__return_false’);

Step 3 – edit theme’s function file.

Step 4 – paste the copied code at the bottom of the wordpress theme’s Functions.php and click Update file
