How does support work?

What’s included in item support?.

Our support subscription includes support for 3 months for the project we build for you, from the subscription date. During those 3 months, We will be available to provide the project support services we’ve set out on this page. Response times by us can vary depending on the volume of inquiries, the nature of the request, and whether questions have already been answered or support has already been provided.

While designing and developing your project, we will give you the option to purchase a support subscription for your project.

Our Support subscription will include:

Answering questions about how to use the item/website/project

During the item support period, we will be available to answer your general questions about the item and how to use it. For example, how do I log in to my admin panel?. How do I upload/publish content on my site, etc.?. 

The response to this type of question can come in various formats including directing you to an already documented response.

Our support subscription does not include:

  • Customizations and installations
